IRAQI SUPREME JUDICIAL COUNCIL STATEMENT REGARDING SUITS IN COURTS DURING COVID-19 CRISIS

In its statement dated 06 April 2020; the Iraqi Supreme judicial Council is resolving to suspend the validity period for appeals against provisions and rulings during interruption of work caused due to the spread of Corona virus, to be resumed upon ending the curfew. The statement also considers the interruption period as a cease period for all argument of all suits until disappearance of cause.
