Al Muhamoon Al Mutahidoon and Technology Source Collaborate to Implement Iraq’s First Private Sector Electronic Signature Service

Our firm is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Technology Source for Systems, Software, and General Trade Ltd., the certified partner of the “Twokeyok” project under the Ministry of Communications, pursuant to the Electronic Signature and Electronic Transactions Law No. 78 of 2012. This collaboration aims to strengthen cooperation between the two companies in the legal and technological fields.

The Memorandum of Understanding includes several provisions designed to leverage the expertise of Al Muhamoon Al Mutahidoon in legal matters and specialized legal advisory, as well as the expertise of Technology Source in the field of digital transformation. This strategic initiative marks a significant step toward providing advanced and integrated legal solutions to support institutions in the process of digital transformation and business automation.
